Trinity handled the due diligence and capital repositioning strategy formulation and execution for Martha Lake Apartments, a 155-unit apartment property located in the north Seattle suburban residential community of Lynnwood. The investment represented an opportunity to purchase a stabilized asset at a purchase price at 65% of replacement cost.
In partnership with owner Helix Funds, Trinity is performing asset management oversight, with a focus on a strategy of optimizing rents, driving occupancy, and prudently targeting capital projects in order to maximize property performance.
