| Trinity acquired La Plaza (formerly "The Crossing"), a 75,000 sf shopping center in a joint venture with Morgan Stanley Investors. At the time of acquisition, the property was approximately 45% vacant and suffering from significant deferred maintenance. Leveraging off of the project's high visibility location and growing market, Trinity embarked on an aggressive repositioning plan, including upgrading all of the buildings, reconfiguring the parking lot, new signage, landscaping and rebranding the property. Trinity was able to execute on the business plan and has increased occupancy to 95%. |
