| Trinity acquired La Plaza Midway (formerly “Midway Crossing”) in a joint venture with Morgan Stanley Investors. The opportunity was an off-market acquisition that resulted from a broker relationship of Trinity’s active in the retail property investment market. One year prior to Trinity’s acquisition, the grocery anchor of the center had vacated a 33,650 sf space, providing for the opportunity to purchase the property below replacement cost, and re-lease the vacancy at market rents. The majority of the former anchor space was released to Goodwill, producing an effective customer draw to the center. |

| Located on Highway 99, a primary arterial of the Puget Sound Region, and leased to tenants including Starbuck’s, Blockbuster, and Subway, the center provides a diverse core offering of retailers to serve the growing South King County market. |
