| Lakewood Cinema Plaza is a 240,000 square foot retail center located adjacent to I-5 in Lakewood, Washington. Facing significant vacancy in 2008, LCP’s ownership asked Trinity to review the project and assume the asset and property management to increase the occupancy, rents, and cash flows. The Trinity team immediately completed a new marketing plan, re-measured the premises (identifying additional rentable area, and instituted a professional management and cost control program. Vacancy has been reduced by 70% in the past 12 months, despite a difficult market—including a 100% renewal rate on existing tenants. |
