| The Boulders Condominiums consists of eight buildings containing 72 dwelling units and a Community Center located off Willows Road in Redmond, Washington. Trinity was asked to evaluate the project and develop a strategy to complete the remaining work and sell-out. In concert with the lender, Trinity created a recapitalization plan and re-organized the project to complete the construction and regain marketing momentum. The project has been re-permitted, substantially completed, and the marketing team is focused on selling the last 25% of the project. |
