| Trinity acted as advisor to the developer of the Apex apartments to help recapitalize the asset. Completed in 2008, the project suffered from a slow lease up in the face of the down economy. Trinity negotiated an attractive long term loan from Bank of America and preferred equity from an existing investor to successfully recapitalize the property. |
