| With over 20 years in real estate development managing complex residential and commercial projects, Susan is recognized for her comprehensive knowledge of real estate development, as well as executing effective exit strategies. Susan leads Trinity’s residential advisory services to financial institutions. |
|
| Susan joined Trinity following a successful career with Weyerhaeuser and Quadrant Corporation where she held a number of executive roles. In her capacity as Senior Vice President of Quadrant, she oversaw the development and disposition of approximately $400 million in real estate assets in four leading Puget Sound master planned communities. As Vice President of the Commercial Division, Susan managed development, sales and leasing of approximately 200 acres of office parks containing over 2,000,000 SF of space. Susan also served as Managing Director of Weyerhaeuser’s China Housing Initiative in Shanghai, China where she set up a new business to evaluate joint venture residential development opportunities. |

| During a break in her Weyerhaeuser career, Susan spent two years as director of development for Spieker Properties in the Bay Area where she first worked with her Trinity colleagues. There she managed a 500,000 SF development portfolio valued at approximately $80 million. |

| Susan graduated with a BA in Urban Design from Stanford University. She also received Executive MBA and Master of Urban Planning degrees from the University of Washington. While in China, Susan served as the Chair of the Real Estate Committee for the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. Currently, she is on the Board of Directors of the Washington State China Relations Council. Active in the community, Susan is a Senior Advisor to Wokai, a China-focused microfinance organization. She also serves on the YWCA Eastside Housing Blue Ribbon Advisory Committee and was a past Board member of NAIOP. |
