| Mike joined Trinity Real Estate in 2004 as a Principal. He handles property acquisition and investment activities, as well as oversight of property management services through Trinity's property management arm, Trinity Management, LLC. |
|
| Mike was previously Director of Investments with Equity Office Properties, where he was responsible for the company's investment activity in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California markets. In that capacity, Mike handled acquisitions and dispositions of single assets and property portfolios totaling over $250 million. Prior to Equity Office's merger with Spieker Properties in 2001, Mike was Project Director with Spieker Properties, where he was responsible for property management, leasing, and operations for a 3 Million sf portfolio including office, industrial, and retail properties. |

| Prior to his career at Spieker, Mike was in the Investment Banking division of Sanwa Business Credit Corp. in Chicago where he was responsible for underwriting and debt placement in multi-family, office and retail properties in the Midwest. He holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Washington. Mike's a member ofthe Pacific Real Estate Institute and NAIOP. He's active with St. Anne's parish and serves on its Building Committee. |
