The Trinity management team has over 35 years of combined experience successfully developing and executing value-added real estate strategies. With 18 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, Richard brings a wealth of knowledge and relationships. Since founding Trinity in 2001, Richard has been instrumental in providing advisory, development, and investment services to clients for projects valued in aggregate at nearly $1 Billion, and totaling over 3.6 million square feet. Projects include office, residential, retail, hotel, mixed use, and industrial.
Richard's former role was the Seattle region Vice President for investments with Spieker Properties—a west coast Real Estate Investment Trust purchased by Equity Office in 2001. In that capacity he developed, acquired, and managed over 2.6 million square feet of office, business park, and industrial properties.
He graduated with BA and MBA degrees from the University of Washington, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Oxford University. He is a Past President of the Washington State Chapter of NAIOP, and past Chair of the Bellevue Downtown Association. As an industry expert, he has been referenced in the New York Times, and is a contributing source for ULI/PriceWaterhouseCooper's Emerging Trends publication. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Pacific Real Estate Institute, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. Active in the Community, Richard is an elected Council Member for Beaux Arts Village, on the Board of Directors for the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, served on the Citizen Advisory Committee for Bellevue's Downtown Implementation Plan and the Construction Code Advisory Committee, and has been a Trustee for Beaux Arts Village.

Mike brings 17 years of real estate investment, analysis, leasing, and property management experience to the team. In the past twelve months he has actively managed the capitalization of two equity transactions totaling $30 million. Mike heads up the asset management for Trinity's investment efforts. As Director of Investments at Equity Office Properties, Mike was responsible for asset acquisitions and dispositions in Equity Office's Northern California, Oregon, and Washington markets, where he handled multiple portfolio transactions totaling over $250 million.
Prior to the merger between Equity Office and Spieker Properties, Mike was Project Director of Spieker Properties. Mike was responsible for the financial and operational performance of the Spieker's office and industrial portfolio consisting of 4 million square feet in the Seattle Eastside and Kent Valley markets. Mike led a team in the $200 million disposition of Spieker's Seattle industrial portfolio to RREEF Funds. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.

Mike brings a broad range of experience in both commercial and residential arenas — sales, leasing, development and management. Currently he leads Trinity's efforts in urban infill, single and multifamily residential development and investment. Mike is the co-founder and Managing Director of Shilshole Development, Trinity's infill development & construction division.
Prior to the merger with Equity Office Properties (EOP), Mike was Project Manager at Spieker Properties (SPK). He was responsible for the overall management and leasing of Spieker's Bellevue, Washington CBD office portfolio. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a bachelor's degree from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio). Mike is also a Director at Agros International, a Seattle-based NGO focused on breaking the cycle of poverty through community land loans and training throughout Central America & Africa.
